- 4 cups powdered sugar

- 3β4 tablespoons heavy cream or milk

Instructions
1. Preheat the Oven
Preheat oven to 350Β°F.
Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.
Line the bottoms with parchment paper.
2. Mix the Dry Ingredients
Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt together.
Set aside.
3. Cream Butter and Sugar
Beat softened butter and sugar for 3β4 minutes until light and fluffy.

4. Add Eggs
